Discover the career that fits who you really are

About 20 minutes for 140 questions: 120 personality questions and 20 career interest questions. You can pause at any time and resume later - we'll email you a link to pick up where you left off.

It uses the same type-based framework (16 personality types) that Myers-Briggs popularised, but our 140-question assessment (120 personality questions plus 20 career interest questions) is more thorough than the typical 60-70 question version. The depth lets us match you to specific careers rather than just describing your type. Your Personality is an independent assessment developed by Career Smart International. MBTI and Myers-Briggs are registered trademarks of The Myers-Briggs Company; we are not affiliated with it.

The type-based personality model has decades of research behind it and is widely used by career counsellors and organisational psychologists. We're not claiming to predict your future - we're giving you a structured way to understand how your traits align with different kinds of work.

Your personality type (one of 16) and how strongly you lean on each of the four preference pairs, careers that align with your traits and the Australian job market, your strengths and growth areas, and how you tend to work best. It's a PDF you can download, save, and revisit anytime.
